Shipping policy

Our online shop is always open and our store at 276 Hackney Road is open on Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 am to 6 pm. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We offer free collection from our store during these opening hours for online orders. To pick up from Hackney Road please select this option at check out.

Orders up to £40 are £3.95 for standard shipping

Orders up to £200 are £5.95 for standard shipping

Orders over £200 are £9.95 for standard shipping

We use only recyclable materials to pack your precious ceramics

Klei is a small business with limited opening hours and we post our online orders Wednesday to Sunday. Please bear with us. We will let you know when your pieces are on the way to you, with your tracking number included. We are currently shipping to the UK and USA.

USA orders up to £150 are £50 for standard shipping

USA orders over £150 are £100 for standard shipping

*please note that USA shipping costs will be reviewed and the final quote will be emailed over for review if the shipping exceeds the rates above and an additional payment is required

Please Note

Customers outside the UK may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in our prices and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees. Please note we do not have visibility of custom costs.
